摘  要:目的探讨9.4T磁共振化学位移成像(chemical shift imaging,CSI)技术测定小鼠肝脏脂肪含量(LFC)的价值。方法将20只小鼠平均分为实验组与对照组。小鼠先行CSI与磁共振波谱扫描测定LFC,再行病理学检查,以计算脂肪变的肝细胞比例。分析各种脂肪含量测量方法的相关性与一致性。结果CSI与磁共振波谱测量实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠LFC中位数(四分位数间距)分别为35.5%(44.0%)、3.0%(3.3%)和33.5%(44.0%)、2.5%(2.3%);病理学测量实验组小鼠与对照组小鼠脂肪变的肝细胞比例中位数(四分位数间距)分别为54.0%(54.0%)和1.5%(1.3%)。CSI与磁共振波谱测量的肝脏脂肪含量呈正相关(r=0.979,P<0.05),CSI与病理学测量脂肪变的肝细胞比例呈正相关(r=0.974,P<0.05),且有良好的一致性。结论应用9.4T磁共振CSI技术可以准确定量测量小鼠LFC。Objective To investigate the value of chemical shift imaging(CSI)at 9.4T for quantitative assessment of liver fat content in mice.Methods A toal of 20 mice were equally divided into an experimental group and a control group.In both groups,CSI and Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy scans at 9.4T were performed to determine the liver fat content,and then,histopathological examination was performed to calculate the proportion of hepatocytes with steatosis.The correlations and consistency among the methods were analyzed.Results The median(interquartile interval)of liver fat content with CSI in experimental group and control group was 35.5%(44.0%)and 3.0%(3.3%),respectively.The median(interquartile spacing)of liver fat content with magnetic resonance spectroscopy was 33.5%(44.0%)and 2.5%(2.3%),respectively.The median(interquartile spacing)proportions of hepatocytes with steatosis were 54.0%(54.0%)and 1.5%(1.3%)in the experimental and control group,respectively.The analysis demonstrated a positive correlation between CSI and magnetic resonance spectroscopy etic measurements of liver fat content(r=0.979,P<0.05)and a positive correlation between CSI and the proportion of hepatocytes with steatosis(r=0.974,P<0.05).The analysis showed excellent agreement between the two methods of CSI and histopathology.Conclusion The CSI technique can accurately and quantitatively measure the fat content of mouse liver in 9.4T MR.
