摘 要:肺癌是全球发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤。微波消融术(microwave ablation,MWA)是手术及系统治疗之外的重要的局部微创治疗手段之一。传统的按照肿瘤直径大小变化来评价实体瘤疗效的RECIST标准具有一定的局限性。影像学检查是评估MWA术后疗效的重要手段。充分认识各种影像学检查的优势并加以合理选择,可使MWA术后疗效评价更加精准,为临床治疗方案的选择提供指导。本文就肺癌微波消融术后影像学的疗效评估进展作一综述。Lung cancer is the malignancy with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world.Microwave ablation is one of the important local minimally invasive treatment methods besides surgery and systematic treatment.The traditional RECIST standard for evaluating the efficacy of solid tumors according to the change of tumor diameter and size has some limitations.Imaging examination is an important means to evaluate the postoperative efficacy of MWA.A full understanding of the advantages of various imaging examinations and a reasonable selection of them can make the evaluation of postoperative efficacy of MWA more accurate and provide guidance for the selection of clinical treatment programs.This article reviews the progress of imaging efficacy evaluation after microwave ablation for lung cancer.
