摘  要:应用ADAMS/Car软件建立赛车双横臂独立前、后悬架模型,并对其进行了运动学仿真分析,得出车轮跳动时悬架的运动特性。基于ADAMS/Insight模块,以前悬架硬点坐标为设计变量、前轮的定位参数和侧倾中心高度为优化目标进行多目标优化,并对优化参数后的整车操纵稳定性进行了仿真分析与实车试验。结果表明,通过优化设计提高了整车的操纵稳定性。Racing car’s double wishbone independent front and back suspension models were built by applying ADAMS/Car.The kinematic simulation of suspensions were performed.When the wheels jumped,the kinematics characteristics of the suspensions were analyzed.Based on ADAMS/Insight module,multi-objective optimization was carried and the coordinates of suspensions’hard points were selected as design variables and the front wheel alignment parameters and the height of roll center were opted as design objectives.The vehicle handling stability was simulated and real tested after optimization.The results show that the vehicle performance was improved.
