摘  要:超声微泡(MB)是诊断成像及药物递送的重要载体。超声靶向微泡破坏(UTMD)技术具有安全、无创、高效且可控等优点。以低强度聚焦超声(LIFU)触发UTMD可将载药MB准确送达肿瘤组织,是极具前景的靶向递药方式。本文就UTMD作用机制及其用于肿瘤递药研究进展进行综述。Ultrasound microbubble(MB) is an important carrier for diagnostic imaging and drug delivery. Ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction(UTMD) has advantages of being safe, non-invasive, efficient and controllable. Triggered by low-intensity focused ultrasound(LIFU), drug-carrying MB can accurately delivered to tumor tissue with UTMD technology, being a promising mode of targeted drug delivery. The mechanisms of UTMD and relative research progresses in antineoplastic drug delivery were reviewed in this paper.
