铁路编组站开展JSQ型车辆驼峰溜放可行性研究

摘　　要：铁路JSQ型车辆主要用于运输商品汽车,由于其特殊的车辆构造,在铁路编组站作业时禁止通过驼峰,只能通过送禁溜线存放、经迂回线送至调车场等方式进行解编,加大了编组站运输组织难度。近年来随着铁路商品汽车运输量快速增长,大量零散、去向分散的JSQ型车辆作业严重影响编组站解编作业效率,研究JSQ型车辆通过驼峰溜放的可行性,对于提高铁路编组站作业效率具有重要意义。从驼峰及调车场纵断面、平面、驼峰控制系统和装载加固方案等方面,对驼峰溜放JSQ型车辆可能存在的风险进行了分析,并进一步研究驼峰溜放JSQ型车辆的可行性,研究结果表明在满足一定的条件下,驼峰溜放JSQ型车辆具有可行性,相关结果及提出的建议可为编组站开展JSQ型车辆驼峰溜放试验提供借鉴。Railway wagons of the JSQ type are mainly used to transport commercial vehicles,which are forbidden to pass through the hump when operating at railway marshaling stations due to their special structure.These wagons can only be stored by prohibitive humping and transported through the roundabout line to the shunting yard for decoupling,which increases the difficulty of transportation organization in marshaling yards.In recent years,with the rapid growth of railway commercial vehicle transportation,a large number of scattered JSQ wagons with dispersive destinations have seriously affected the efficiency of marshaling yard operations.Hence,studying the feasibility of JSQ wagons sliding through the hump is of great significance for improving the operation efficiency of railway marshaling yards.From the aspects of the longitudinal section and plane of hump and shunting yards,the hump control system,and the loading and reinforcement scheme,the possible risks of JSQ wagons sliding through the hump were analyzed.The research results indicated that under specific conditions,it is feasible to slide JSQ wagons by humps.The results and suggestions can provide a reference for a marshaling yard to carry out hump sliding tests of JSQ wagons.
