摘 要:城市交通的发展和机动车数量的上升在为出行提供便利的同时,也对行人和非机动车的出行造成负面影响。交通宁静化作为一种能够提升城市慢行交通质量的手段,虽然已经在部分地区有所实践,但很多措施仍停留于理论、规划和设计阶段,无法应对复杂的交通状况。尽管上海市金鼎天地在设计阶段已经考虑传统的宁静化措施,但本文从地块特点和交通出行需求出发,设计交通宁静化策略,对动态交通宁静化方案进行评价,为城市交通宁静化提供新思路。The development of traffic and increase of vehicles in urban areas not only provide convenience for travel but also have adverse impacts on pedestrian and non-automatic vehicles. Though traffic calming which improves the quality of slow traffic is carried out in some areas,many measures still stay in theory and planning stage and cannot deal with complex traffic situations. Although Jinding area has taken conventional calming measures into account in the planning,we not only design traffic calming measures based on area features and traffic demand,but also evaluate the influence of the traffic calming measures on dynamic traffic,which provides new approaches for traffic calming.
