摘  要:以井下悬臂式掘进机为研究对象,针对掘进机的截割机构在截割作业过程中截齿受力不均匀、截齿磨损大,掘进机的行走机构难以适应井下复杂环境,导致履带板易发生塑性变形、履带断裂的问题,提出了掘进机截割及行走系统优化方案,通过仿真分析及实际验证的方案对优化后的掘进机结构进行了分析。结果表明,优化后掘进机截齿的使用寿命提高了17.9%,掘进机的传动系统故障降低了90.8%。Taking the underground cantilever roadheader as the research object, it was found that the cutting mechanism of the roadheader had uneven force on the cutting teeth during the cutting operation and the cutting teeth were worn out;the walking mechanism of the roadheader could not adapt to the complex environment of the underground, which led to the problems of plastic deformation of the track plate and track breakage. The optimisation of the cutting and walking system of the roadheader was proposed, and the optimised structure of the roadheader was analysed through the use of simulation analysis and practical verification of the solution. The results show that the service life of the cut-off gears of the roadheader has been increased by 17.9% and the drive system failure of the roadheader has been reduced by 90.8% after optimisation.
