摘　　要：前列腺导管内癌(IDC-P)是前列腺癌的一种特殊病理亚型.伴随着前列腺肿瘤的进展, IDC-P的发生率亦逐渐增高,尤其在晚期前列腺癌患者中具有较高比例.近年来越来越多的研究表明, IDC-P的检出与各阶段前列腺癌患者的不良预后均密切相关.因此,尽管学界在IDC-P诊断、肿瘤起源等问题上还存在争论, IDC-P仍受到临床和病理医生越来越多的关注.本文将从IDC-P的组织病理学特征、肿瘤起源、病理争议、临床预后、治疗现状以及分子特征方面对其进行综述.Intraductal carcinoma of the prostate(IDC-P) is a specific pathological subtype of prostate cancer. With the progression of prostate cancer, the incidence of IDC-P also gradually increases, especially at the advanced tumor stage. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have demonstrated that the existence of IDC-P is closely related to the poor prognosis of prostate cancer patients at all stages. Therefore, although the pathological description and tumor origin of IDC-P remain debatable, IDC-P continues to receive increasing attention from clinicians and pathologists. This article has systematically summarized the histopathological characteristics,tumor origin, pathological debate, clinical prognosis, treatment status, and molecular characteristics of IDC-P.
