摘 要:胸腔镜用于肺癌外科治疗已30年,尤以近15年是其高速发展期.经过前期的摸索和总结,本团队于2006年提出单向式胸腔镜肺癌切除术,经不断完善,建立了单向式胸腔镜肺外科学完整技术体系,涉及胸腔镜肺手术各个方面.通过建立和推广单向式胸腔镜肺外科学,推动微创胸外科的发展.Thoracoscopy has been used in lung surgery for 30 years. It has rapidly developed over the past 15 years. Based on preliminary exploration, we proposed single-direction thoracoscopic lung cancer resection in 2006. After continuous improvement, a complete technical system named single-direction thoracoscopic lung surgery has been established, which involves all aspects of thoracoscopic lung cancer resection. The establishment and promotion of single-direction thoracoscopic lung surgery have promoted the development and maturation of minimally invasive thoracic surgery.
