摘　　要：目的:分析近10年云南大学附属医院口腔颌面外科腮腺区肿瘤的发病情况,以了解我国西南地区腮腺肿瘤的发病趋势。方法:回顾性分析2010~2021年收治入院的均行手术治疗及病理检查的312列腮腺肿瘤患者的临床资料,包括患者性别,发病年龄,民族,发病部位,局部症状,肿瘤类别及病理分型。结果:312例患者发病年龄0.92~89.71岁,平均年龄49.58岁;男性185例中,平均发病年龄52.13岁,女性127例中,平均发病年龄45.85岁。汉族发病人群占比87.5%,居首位,其次彝族与回族各占3.5%及2.24%。肿瘤发病高峰期41~60岁,其中良性肿瘤高发于41~60岁,恶性肿瘤好发于41~50岁。270例良性肿瘤中以多形性腺瘤最为多见,42例恶性肿瘤中以腺泡细胞癌最为高发。结论:我国西南地区腮腺区肿瘤中男性更多发,中老年患者是易患人群,汉族,彝族,回族为主要发病民族,良性肿瘤居多,其中多形性腺瘤最为多见,恶性肿瘤以腺泡细胞癌最为多发。Objective:To analyze the incidence of parotid gland tumors in oral and maxillofacial surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University in recent 10 years,so as to understand the incidence trend of parotid gland tumors in Southwest China.Methods:The clinical data of 312 parotid tumor patients who were hospitalized from 2010 to 2021 were analyzed retrospectively,including gender,age,ethnic minority,location,local symptoms,tumor category and pathologic classification.Results:The age of onset of 312 patients ranged from 0.92 to 89.71 years,with an average age of 49.58 years.Among 185 males,the average age of onset was 52.13 years old,and among 127 females,the average age of onset was 45.85 years old.The Han population accounted for 87.5%,ranking first,followed by the Yi and Hui Nationalities,accounting for 3.5%and 2.24%respectively.Peak of tumor incidence was 41~60 years old,of which benign tumors are high in 41~60 years old and malignant tumors were high in 41~50 years old.Pleomorphic adenoma was the most common of 270 benign tumors,and acinar cell carcinoma was the most common of 42 malignant tumors.Conclusion:There are more male tumors in parotid gland area in Southwest China,and the middle-aged and elderly patients are vulnerable.According to histopathological examination,most of them are benign tumors,among which pleomorphic adenoma is the most common,and acinar cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor.
