摘　　要：本文主要阐述虚拟现实技术在脑卒中后认知功能障碍训练的研究进展,及其对病人产生的影响,主要从记忆康复、言语康复、注意力恢复、心理康复、辅助疾病评估、远程康复等六个方面展开。指出目前国内虚拟现实技术在我国脑卒中后认知障碍方面有很大发展空间,以期为未来的干预性研究提供理论支持。This paper focuses on the research progress of virtual reality technology in post-stroke cognitive dysfunction training and its impact on patients,mainly from six aspects,including memory rehabilitation,speech rehabilitation,attention recovery,psychological rehabilitation,assisted disease assessment,and remote rehabilitation.It is pointed out that there is currently a lot of room for the development of domestic virtual reality technology in post-stroke cognitive impairment in China,with a view to providing theoretical support for future interventional studies.
