摘　　要：对飞机配餐小型冷库现状、航空配餐的种类及其保存要求和飞机配餐各环节的能量损失及节能方式三个方面进行了总结和分析,从制冷系统、围护结构和管理三方面对飞机配餐用小型冷库实现节能的技术途径进行了梳理,为飞机配餐小型冷库保鲜技术与节能方式提供基础资料。This paper summarizes the current situation of aircraft meal preparation small cold storage, the types of airline meal preparation and its freshness requirements, the energy loss and energy saving methods of each link of aircraft meal preparation.The technical ways to realize the energy saving of small cold storage for aircraft meal preparation are sorted out from refrigeration system, enclosure structure and management, which provide the basic information for the preservation technology and energy saving methods of small cold storage for aircraft meal preparation.
