摘 要:在大型舰船舱体、甲板、船身的焊接中存在着大量的复杂弧线焊缝,实现对弧线焊缝的自动跟踪是船舶智能制造领域的重要研究方向。为了更加全面地了解弧线焊缝跟踪技术的国内研究现状,本文介绍了焊缝跟踪的原理,着重分析了基于视觉传感和电弧传感为代表的弧线焊缝跟踪技术研究现状,综述了弧线焊缝跟踪技术在工业生产中的典型应用。最后对相关技术未来的发展趋势提出了看法。There are a large number of complicate curved welds in the welding process of the cabin, deck and hull of large ships. Realizing automatic tracking of curved welds is an important research direction in the field of ship intelligent manufacturing. In order to fully understand the current domestic research status of curved weld tracking technology in China,the principle of seam tracking was introduced, the current research status of curved weld tracking technology based on visual sensing and arc sensing was emphatically analyzed, and typical application of curved weld tracking technology in industrial production was summarized. Finally, opinions were put forward on the future development trend of related technologies.
