摘　　要：梳理绿色金融和生态资源的效率状态、趋势演变和空间特征,是推动高质量发展的重要参考。论文通过将绿色金融效率区分为宏观体系效率和微观技术效率,同时与生态资源效率进行耦合协调分析,发现:1.宏微观绿色金融效率演变具有显著时空异质性,微观技术效率改善在2016年后逐步实现向宏观体系效率提升的传导,两者的耦合协调度也呈现明显的“东高西低”分布特征;2.区域绿色金融与生态资源效率的耦合也呈现空间扩散和时间传导特征,且正在经历由微观到宏观、从东部向西部的渐次扩散。由此,推动绿色金融与生态资源的高质量协同发展既需要强化微观激励,也需要提供宏观引导,更需要“因地制宜”。Generalizing the efficiency status and evolution characteristics of green finance and ecological resources is important for high-quality development.By distinguishing macro perspective and micro enterprises,we found that:1.macro and micro green financial efficiency has obvious heterogeneity,and the improvement of green financial technical efficiency has been gradually transmitted to the macro system efficiency after 2016,and the coupling coordination degree between them also shows obvious distribution characteristics of"high in the east and low in the west";2.the coupling coordination between green financial efficiency and ecological resource efficiency also has spatial diffusion and temporal transmission characteristics,and the coupling coordination between them is experiencing gradual diffusion from micro to macro,and from east to west..Thus,promoting the high-quality development of green finance requires not only strengthening micro incentives,but also enhancing macro guidance,and building differentiated systems.
