摘　　要：本文首先介绍了我国冷链物流现状及对包装的需求,随后介绍了精益电场保鲜技术,该技术是一种细胞保鲜技术,可以保证水果蔬菜长时间储存的新鲜度,对于跨区域销售、长距离运输和水果蔬菜出口海外提供技术保障,用于预制菜包装可以大大降低货损率。This paper firstly introduces the current situation of cold chain logistics in our country and the demand for packaging,then introduces the lean electric field preservation technology,which is a cell preservation technology that can ensure the freshness of fruits and vegetables for longterm storage,and can provide technical support for transportation and export of fruits and vegetables overseas,and can greatly reduce the rate of cargo damage used for prefabricated vegetable packaging.
