摘 要:为研究坡度盾构隧道集中排烟模式下排烟阀的最佳开启方式,依托江阴靖江长江隧道,选取水下盾构隧道最常见的3%坡度作为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,对3%坡度、不同排烟阀开启方式情况下的烟气蔓延范围、排烟阀温度、排烟阀流速及排烟效率进行了分析。结果表明:3%坡度盾构隧道火源下游排烟阀在排烟系统中起关键作用,上游排烟阀的开启会降低排烟效率;随排烟阀开启组数减少和向下游偏移,排烟系统排烟效率明显增大,提升范围为12.66%~50.84%;建议3%坡度盾构隧道发生50 MW火灾时,若开启6组排烟阀,则上游1组下游5组,若开启5组排烟阀,则上游0组下游5组,若开启4组排烟阀,则上游0组下游4组。To research the best opening method of the smoke exhaust valve in the centralized smoke exhaust mode of the slope shield tunnel,we choose the 3%slope which is the most common slope in underwater shield tunnel to study.This paper uses theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and model experiments.Firstly,the horizontal tunnel was studied,and the reliability of the numerical simulation was verified by comparing the model test and numerical simulation results of the longitudinal temperature distribution in the tunnel vault.The test results were found to be in good agreement with the numerical simulation results.Then,we worked on the tunnel with a 3%slope for the best opening mode of smoke exhaust valve by numerical simulation.We analyzed the smoke spread range,the exhaust valve temperature,the exhaust valve flow rate,and the exhaust efficiency under different opening modes of the smoke exhaust valve under the 3%slope.The results show that the downstream smoke exhaust valve plays a key role in the smoke exhaust system,and the opening of the upstream smoke exhaust valve will reduce the smoke exhaust efficiency.Furthermore,with the decrease of the opening groups’numbers,and the downstream shifting of the exhaust valve,the smoke extraction efficiency of the smoke extraction system increases significantly and the improvement range is 12.66%-50.84%.Finally,we suggest that when a 50 MW fire occurs in a shield tunnel with 3%slope,if 6 groups of smoke exhaust valves are open,there will be 1 group upstream and 5 groups downstream;if 5 groups of smoke exhaust valves are open,there will be no group upstream and 5 groups downstream;if 4 groups of smoke exhaust valves are open,there will be no group upstream and 4 groups downstream.
