摘  要:目的了解山东省部分二级及以上医院专科护士的工作满意度现状及其影响因素。方法选择山东省19所二级及以上医疗机构接受过专科护士培训的393名专科护士为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷,进行医院对专科护士培养和管理情况的问卷调查,评价专科护士对医院管理的满意度,采用logistic回归法分析其影响因素。结果回收有效问卷386份。386名专科护士来自山东省19所医院,包括12所三级医院、7所二级医院。专科护士在不同级别医院工作中的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。logistic回归分析表明,参加病例讨论、再培训、开设护理门诊、实现培训前拟定目标等4项因素与专科护士的工作满意度有关(P<0.05)。结论参加病例讨论、再培训、开设护理门诊、实现培训前拟定目标等因素能够提高专科护士的工作满意度。Objective To understand the training information of specialized nurses and the current situation of specialized nurses’job satisfaction and its influencing factors in some secondary and above hospitals in Shandong province.Methods A total of 393 specialist nurses from 19 secondary and above medical institutions in Shandong province were selected as the research objects.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the training and management of 386 nurses who had received specialist nurse training in secondary and above hospitals in Shandong province.The satisfaction of specialist nurses with hospital management was evaluated,and logistic regression was used to analyze its influencing factors.Results A total of 386 valid questionnaires were collected.The 386 specialist nurses came from 19 hospitals in Shandong province,including 12 tertiary hospitals and 7 secondary hospitals.There was no significant difference in the satisfaction of specialist nurses in different levels of hospitals(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that case discussion,retraining,nursing clinic,and achieving the goals set before training were associated to the job satisfaction of specialist nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion Participating in case discussion,retraining,setting up nursing clinics,and achieving the goals set before training can improve the job satisfaction of specialized nurses.
