摘　　要：目的 系统评价我国高职院校学生对艾滋病(AIDS)知识的知晓率,为相关部门制定AIDS防治政策提供参考依据。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library,收集以上数据库中收录的2001年10月13日-2021年10月13日发表的有关我国高职院校学生AIDS知识知晓率的文献。对纳入的文献提取资料后,采用Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析,评价我国高职院校学生对“大众人群AIDS基本知识”及“青年学生AIDS核心知识”的知晓率。结果 共纳入有关我国高职院校学生AIDS知识知晓率文献20篇。Meta分析结果显示,我国高职院校学生对“大众人群AIDS基本知识”8个问题的知晓率为72.40%(95%CI:61.84%~82.95%),对“青年学生AIDS核心知识”8个问题的知晓率为65.90%(95%CI:31.03%~100.76%)。其中,对“蚊虫叮咬会传播艾滋病吗”的知晓率最低,为46.39%;对“与HIV感染者共用注射器有可能得艾滋病吗”的知晓率最高,为92.32%。结论 我国高职院校学生对AIDS知识的知晓率较低,尤其是“青年学生AIDS核心知识”中的知识点。Objective To systematically evaluate the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among students of higher vocational college in China, so as to provide reference for health departments to formulate AIDS prevention and control policies. Methods CNKI,WanFang, VIP,PubMed, Embase databases and the Cochrane Library were searched to collect literatures on the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among higher vocational college students in China from October 13,2001 to October 13,2021.After extracting data from the included literatures, Meta-analysis was performed by Stata l5.0 software to evaluate the awareness rate of "AIDS basic knowledge of the general public" or "AIDS core knowledge of young students" among students of higher vocational college in China. Results A total of 20 studies on the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among higher vocational college students in China were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that: pooled awareness rate to the 8 questions of "AIDS basic knowledge of the general public" among students of higher vocational college in China was 72.40%(95%CI:61.84%-82.95%) and pooled awareness rate to the 8 questions of "AIDS core knowledge of young students" was 65.90%(95%CI:31.03%-100.76%).Among them, the awareness rate of "Will mosquito bites spread AIDS?" was the lowest at 46.39%,while the awareness rate of "Is it possible to get AIDS by sharing syringes with people infected with HIV?" was the highest at 92.32%. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among Chinese higher vocational college students is low, especially the knowledge points of "AIDS core knowledge of young students".
