摘  要:目的 分析临床实习环境、心理资本与护生职业认同的关系,探讨心理资本在护生临床实习环境与职业认同中的中介效应。方法 2021年1—2月,选取成都市某三级甲等医院共216名实习护生作为研究对象,使用临床实习环境问卷、护士职业认同问卷及心理资本量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 临床实习环境总分为(115.48±26.45)分,心理资本总分为(89.97±18.94)分,护生职业认同总分为(60.04±12.70)分。职业认同总分与临床实习环境、心理资本总分均呈正相关(r=0.751、0.797,均P<0.01),心理资本在临床实习环境与职业认同之间存在中介效应,中介效应占总效应的30.15%。结论 关注和改善临床实习环境,开发护生积极心理资本有助于提高实习护生的职业认同感。Objective To analyze the relationship between clinical practice environment,psychological capital and professional identity of nursing students,explore the mediating effect of psychological capital in clinical practice environment and professional identity of nursing students.Methods From January to February 2021,a total of 216 nursing students from a grade-A tertiary hospital were selected as the research objects,they were investigated by the clinical practice environment questionnaire,nurses’ professional identity questionnaire and psychological capital scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of clinical practice environment,psychological capital and professional identity in nursing students was(115.48±26.45),(89.97±18.94) and(60.04±12.70)points,respectively.The total score of professional identity was positively correlated with the total scores of clinical practice environment and psychological capital(r=0.751,0.797,both P<0.01).The psychological capital had a mediating effect between clinical practice environment and professional identity,and the mediating effect accounted for 30.15% of the total effect.Conclusion Paying attention to and improving the clinical practice environment and developing the positive psychological capital of nursing students are helpful to improve their professional identity.
