摘 要:为了有效地对沉积粉尘厚度进行检测,设计了一种基于ARM的沉积粉尘厚度传感器。通过阐述传感器的工作原理,设计了传感器的硬件电路,并详细介绍了A/D转换电路、显示电路、按键输入电路及硬件抗干扰措施。通过介绍传感器的软件设计流程,详细阐述了关键程序的设计方案。在粉尘沉积验证系统中,采用深度游标卡尺进行了对比试验,结果表明:沉积粉尘厚度传感器的检测分辨率达到0.01mm,最大检测误差为0.13mm。In order to detect the deposited dust thickness effectively,an ARM-based deposited dust thickness sensor was designed.The working principle of the sensor was expounded,the hardware circuit of the sensor was designed,and the A/D conversion circuit,display circuit,key input circuit and hardware anti-interference measures were introduced in detail.The design process of the software of the sensor was introduced,and the design schemes of key programs were described in detail.In the dust deposition verification system,the depth vernier caliper was used to conduct comparative test.The results showed that the detection resolution of the deposited dust thickness sensor reached 0.01 mm,and the maximum detection error was 0.13 mm.
