摘 要:目的 对雀儿舌头干燥药材的化学成分进行系统分离与结构鉴定,以丰富其结构多样性,为进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等多种化学分离手段,对雀儿舌头体积分数75%乙醇提取物进行化学成分分离,并根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 共分离得到12个化合物,分别为3β-O-反式咖啡酰基-11-氧代齐墩果酸-12-烯(3β-O-trans-caffeoyl-11-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid,1)、脱氢山楂酸(camaldulenic acid,2)、野鸦椿酸(euscaphic acid,3)、乌苏酸(ursolic acid,4)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,5)、白桦脂酸(betulinic acid,6)、木栓醇(friedelinol,7)、lyoniresinol(8)、山柰酚(kaempferol,9)、芹菜素(apigenin,10)、二氢山柰酚(dihydrokaempferol,11)、七叶亭(esculetin,12)。结论 化合物1~3、7~12为首次从雀舌木属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from Leptopus chinensis,as well as to enrich the structural diversity of this plant in order to provide scientific basis for the further exploration and development.Methods By means of silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and RP-Chigh performance liquid chromatography methods, the investigation on the phytochemistry on 75% ethanol extracts of Leptopus chinensis was carried out by this work.And all compounds were identified by their physicochemical characters and spectroscopic data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and determined as 3β-O-trans-caffeoyl-11-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(1),camaldulenic acid(2),euscaphic acid(3),ursolic acid(4),oleanolic acid(5),betulinic acid(6),friedelinol(7),lyoniresinol(8),kaempferol(9),apigenin(10),dihydrokaempferol(11) and esculetin(12).Conclusion Compounds 1-3 and 7-12 are obtained from the Leptopus genus for the first time.
