摘　　要：间歇性外斜视(IXT)是儿童常见的外斜视类型, 其患病率处于各种共同性外斜视首位, 主要以手术干预和保守治疗为主, 但各种保守治疗的适应证、优缺点、效果等存在争议。现笔者依据近几年的研究结果, 针对IXT的非手术治疗方式进行综述。Intermittent exotropia is a common form of divergent strabismus in children.The incidence of intermittent exotropia is in addition to comitant exotropia.The main treatment methods includes surgical intervention and conservative treatment.However,the indications,advantages and disadvantages,and effects of various conservative treatments are still controversial.This article reviews the most recent research surrounding the non-surgical treatment in intermittent exotropia.
