摘　　要：全国少数民族传统体育运动会以身体活动为语言,打通各民族文化界限,是大国牢固树立民族政治的媒介,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要符号。基于马克思主义民族观,运用文献资料、实地调查、访谈等研究方法,探讨全国民运会在铸牢中华民族共同体意识中的价值根基。认为全国民运会的历史进程可分为意识觉醒、涅槃重生、焕然一新3个阶段。全国民运会独特的竞演模式主要体现在激励各地区少数民族广泛参赛、挖掘传承各民族传统体育项目、竞赛与表演项目双重发展、重团结淡名次4个方面。研究发现,全国民运会在铸牢中华民族共同体意识中具有国家认同、平等交流、民族团结、拼搏奋进、健康引领的多重价值,能够内在呼应国家意志的政策引导、民族团结的和谐氛围、各族人民的拼搏精神、全民健身的时代潮流。通过全国民运会的实践平台,实现民族体育资源的利用改造、推动全民健身的蓬勃发展、促进民族交往交流交融、稳固中华民族的“石榴籽”精神家园。The National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities take physical activities as the language to break through the cultural boundaries of all ethnic groups. It is the medium for a large country to firmly establish national politics and an important symbol of shaping a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. Based on the Marxist perspective on ethnicity,this paper uses literature review,field investigation and interviews to discuss the foundational role of the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities in shaping a sense of community for the Chinese nation. The historical process of the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities can be divided into three stages:consciousness awakening,rebirth and rejuvenation. The unique competition and performance mode of the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities is mainly reflected in four aspects:encouraging ethnic minorities in various regions to actively participate,identifying and continuing the traditional sports of all ethnic groups,highlighting the development of both competition and performance events,and emphasizing unity over ranking. The research finds that the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities have multiple value for shaping a sense of community for the Chinese nation:enhancing national identity,equal exchange,national unity,hard work and healthy guidance. It can internally respond to the policy guidance of the national will,the harmonious atmosphere of national unity,the spirit of struggle of the people of all ethnic groups and the trend of the times of national fitness. Through the practice platform of the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities,we will better utilize our national sports resources,promote the vigorous development of National Fitness,promote ethnic exchanges,and maintain the unity of the Chinese nation.
