摘  要:本文采用静态法研究了1,2,4-三氯苯(1,2,4-TCB)对斑马鱼的急性毒性及其胚胎发育的影响。经线性回归法分析,斑马鱼的半致死浓度(LC_(50))为3.94 mg/L。染毒96 h后,1,2,4-TCB浓度为10 mg/L时,其对斑马鱼的致死率为60%,而浓度为20 mg/L时,致死率达到100%,剂量效应关系明显。1,2,4-TCB对斑马鱼胚胎发育具有明显的致畸作用,相比体内染毒,体外染毒对斑马鱼胚胎影响更明显,主要表现在致畸方面。1,2,4-TCB对水生生物具有潜在的危害,本研究结果可为水生态的环境风险评估提供数据支撑。The acute toxicity of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (1,2,4-TCB) to zebrafish and its effects on embryonic development are studied by static method in this paper.By linear regression analysis,the half lethal concentration (LC_(50)) of zebrafish is3.94 mg/L.After 96 hours of exposure,when the concentration of 1,2,4-TCB is 10 mg/L,the lethal rate to zebrafish is 60%,while when the concentration is 20 mg/L,the lethal rate reaches 100%,and the dose effect relationship is obvious.1,2,4-TCB has obvious teratogenic effect on zebrafish embryonic development,compared with in vivo exposure,in vitro exposure has more obvious effects on zebrafish embryos,mainly in teratogenicity.1,2,4-TCB is potentially harmful to aquatic organisms,the results of this study can provide data support for environmental risk assessment of aquatic ecology.
