摘 要:目的:比较不同根管封闭剂(iRoot SP糊剂和AH-Plus糊剂)结合热牙胶垂直加压技术对C形根管充填效果。方法:选取离体C形根管患牙100颗,根据使用根管封闭剂不同分为观察组与对照组,每组各50颗。观察组采用iRoot SP糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压技术充填,对照组采用AH-Plus糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压技术充填,比较两组充填操作时间、充填质量、根尖微渗漏情况及抗折能力。结果:观察组充填操作时间为(72.49±6.28)min,短于对照组的(75.84±6.35)min(P<0.05)。观察组恰填、欠填、超填分别为48例、0例、2例,对照组分别为45例、1例、4例,两组充填质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组染料渗透长度[(1.02±0.23)mm]小于对照组[(1.18±0.25)mm],但牙根抗压载荷[(242.53±40.26)N]高于对照组抗压载荷[(226.71±37.85)N],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot SP糊剂与AH-Plus糊剂结合热牙胶垂直加压技术对C形根管充填效果相当,但iRoot SP糊剂能减少操作时间及根尖微渗透的产生,同时还能提高牙根抗折强度。Objective:To compare the effects of different root canal sealers(iRoot SP paste and AH-Plus paste) combined with warm vertical condensation technique on C-type root canal filling.Methods:A total of 100 teeth with isolated C-type root canals were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the use of root canal sealant, 50 cases in each group.The observation group was filled with iRoot SP paste combined with warm vertical condensation technique, and the control group was filled with AH-Plus paste combined with warm vertical condensation technique.The filling operation time, filling quality, apical microleakage, and fracture resistance were compared between the two groups.Results:The filling operation time of the observation group was(72.49±6.28) min, which was shorter than(75.84±6.35) min of the control group(P<0.05).There were 48 cases of just filling, 0 case of under filling and 2 cases of over filling in the observation group, and 45 cases, 1 case and 4 cases in the control group, respectively.There was no significant difference in the filling quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The dye penetration length in the observation group was less than that in the control group [(1.02±0.23) mm vs.(1.18±0.25) mm, P<0.05],and the fracture resistance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [(242.53±40.26)N vs.(226.71±37.85)N],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of iRoot SP paste combined with AH-Plus paste combined with warm vertical condensation technique on C-type root canal filling is similar, but iRoot SP paste reduces the operation time and the generation of apical micro-penetration, and improve the root fracture strength.
