摘 要:金属板材在渐进成形过程中,当成形角超过板材的极限成形角时,零件壁厚会出现过度减薄并导致破裂,直接影响零件的成形质量及使用性能.为了控制大成形角制件壁厚过度减薄,提高金属板材的渐进成形性能,提出一种在工艺辅助面区域开设工艺孔的渐进成形工艺方案,通过数值模拟和试验加工,发现设置合理工艺孔的辅助面能够实现对成形区域进行动态补料,有效提高板材的渐进成形性能,改善成形件的壁厚分布.In the incremental forming process of a metal sheet,when the forming angle exceeds the limit forming angle of the sheet,the wall thickness of parts will be excessively thinned,resulting in fracture,which will have a direct bearing on the forming quality and service properties of the parts.An incremental forming process scheme of opening process holes in the process auxiliary surface area is proposedto improve the excessive thinning of wall thickness of parts with large forming angle and the incremental forming properties of metal sheets.Numerical simulation and experimental processing show that forming areas are supplemented,incremental forming properties of sheet metal are upgraded and wall thickness distribution of formed parts are improved by means of reasonable process hole parameters.
