摘　　要：“双循环”新发展格局下,广阔的西部地区成为创造新经济空间、吸纳产业转移、推进区域协调发展的热土。下好西部职业教育这盘棋,有利于丰富西部地区的教育供给,满足转移产业的人才需求,增加当地居民收入,提升消费层次,更好地做强国内循环,激活国际循环。针对西部职业教育发展面临的政策失灵、发展失势、制度失衡、人才短缺等困境,提出通过破除身份标签固化,重塑西部职教新定位;挖掘优势资源,打造西部职教新品牌;加强顶层设计,增强西部职教话语权;健全保障机制,提高西部地区人力资源储备等策略,全面振兴西部职业教育,增强其同“双循环”新发展格局的契合度,更好地服务国家发展大战略。Under the new development pattern of “dual circulation”, The vast western region has become a hot land for creating new economic space, absorbing industrial transfer and promoting regional coordinated development. The good game of western vocational education is conducive to enriching the educational supply in the western region, meeting the demand for talents to transfer industries, increasing the income level of local residents, raising the level of consumption, strengthening the domestic cycle and activating the international cycle. In view of the western vocational education policy failure, the development out of order, the system out of balance, development of missing persons and so on reality dilemma, the paper proposes to break the identity label of vocational education in western China, reconstruct the new image and orientation of vocational education in western China;excavate the advantages of vocational education in western China, enhance the taste of vocational education in western China;strengthen the top-level design of vocational education in western China, actively promote the formation of policy discourse system of vocational education in western China;give full play to the dual role of talent training and population gathering in vocational education, and improve the reserve of human resources in western China, in order to enhance the western vocational education and the new development pattern of “dual circulation” the degree of convergence, better serve the national development strategy.
