摘  要:[目的]探讨马铃薯对UV-B辐射增强的生理响应规律。[方法]以云南马铃薯自育品系21-1为试验材料,模拟UV-B辐射增强处理:在室外自然光照条件下,通过增补0 kJ·m^(-2)(T0),2.5 kJ·m^(-2)(T1),5 kJ·m^(-2)(T2),7.5 kJ·m^(-2)(T3),10 kJ·m^(-2)(T4),12.5 kJ·m^(-2)(T5)6个梯度的UV-B辐射剂量,研究马铃薯在叶片形态结构及生理代谢层面对UV-B辐射增强的响应。[结果]与增强抗性相关的生理生化反应(类黄酮、花色苷、脯氨酸、抗氧化酶类活性及叶表皮非腺毛)均表现出随UV-B辐射增强先升高后降低的趋势,最高值出现在7.5 kJ·m^(-2)处理;与正常生长相关的叶片光合色素含量也表现出相同的趋势,最高值出现在5 kJ·m^(-2)处理时,丙二醛含量只在2.5 kJ·m^(-2)处理时与对照之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]低剂量的UV-B辐射增强不会对马铃薯生长产生危害,且适当增加UV-B辐射提高了植株抗氧化酶活性及次生代谢产物,选择UV-B辐射处理强度时,要综合抗性反应和生长表现两方面因素考虑,既要能够引起抗性反应又不会影响正常生长发育,2.5 kJ·m^(-2)处理或可作为短期UV-B辐射增补剂量的选择之一。本试验可为进一步研究利用增补低剂量UV-B辐射在马铃薯抗性代谢产物合成及提高综合生理抗性方面提供参考。[Objective]The current study was intended to investigate the responding pattern of potato strain 21-1 to the UV-B radiation on the physiological level.[Methods]The potato self-bred line 21-1 developed by Yunnan Agricultural University was selected as the experimental material.A total of six UV-B radiation treatments were simulated,including T0(0 kJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)UVB addition under the natural illumination condition,control),T1(2.5 kJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)UV-B addition under the natural illumination condition),T2(5 kJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)UV-B addition under the natural illumination condition),T3(7.5 kJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)UV-B addition under the natural illumination condition),T4(10 kJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)UV-B addition under the natural illumination condition),and T5(12.5 kJ·m^(-2)·d^(-1)UV-B addition under the natural illumination condition),to study the response of potato to enhanced UV-B radiation with the variations of leaf morphological structure and the physiological metabolism related components.[Results]The results showed that several indexes(i.e.contents of flavonoid,anthocyanin,proline,photosynthetic pigments,activities of antioxidant enzymes and numbers of the non-glandular hair on leaf epidermis)which positively reacted to the environmental stresses all demonstrated a fluctuated tendency with the increase of the UV-B radiation levels,and both of them first increased and then decreased with the highest value observed at 7.5 kJ·m^(-2).The content of photosynthetic pigments which related to normal growth of the plants also displayed the same trends with the highest value observed in 5 kJ·m^(-2)treatment.The non-significant difference of the content of malondialdehyde was only observed in 2.5 kJ·m^(-2)treatment.[Conclusion]As a result,it indicated that low-dose UV-B radiation enhancement will not harm potato growth,and appropriate increase of UV-B radiation can improve plant antioxidant enzyme activity and secondary metabolites.When choosing the intensity of UV-B radiation treatment,two factors(resistance response and gr
