摘 要:目的了解DRG付费改革下某市32家医院病案编码队伍现状,为编码队伍建设提供建议。方法编制调查问卷,于2021年7月对某市病案编码员的基本特征进行调查,共有98位编码员接受调查,采用SPSS26.0进行数据分析。结果受调查的编码员中,65.31%为大专及以下学历,本科及以上学历占比较低,研究生仅占2.04%;职称以初级及无职称居多,占比63.27%,高级职称仅占4.08%;编码培训合格证持有率较低,为16.33%;低年资编码员居多,编码从业年限0至5年占比61.23%;教育背景为医学相关专业者居多,占73.47%,卫生信息管理专业仅占4.08%。结论该市医疗机构病案编码队伍教育专业背景较好,但存在职称、学历结构较弱等问题。医疗机构应注重提升编码员学历层次,优化职称制度,采用差异化的培养方式,强化队伍结构,更好地胜任DRG改革工作。Objectives To understand the status of the medical record coding of 32 hospitals in a city under the DRG payment pilot,and provide suggestions for the capacity-building of coding team.Methods A questionnaire on the basic situation of coders was prepared,and the basic characteristics of medical record coders in the city were investigated in July 2021.A total of 98 coders were investigated,using spss26.0 conduct data analysis on the current situation and characteristics of coders.Results Among the coders,65.31%had college degree or below,the proportion of Bachelor degree or above was relatively low,and the proportion of graduate students was only 2.04%.Most of the professional titles were primary and had no professional titles,accounting for 63.27%,and senior professional titles account for only 4.08%.The holding rate of code training certificate was low,only 16.33%;The majority of coders with low seniority had been engaged in coding for 0~5 years,accounting for 61.23%.Medical related majors are the majority,accounting for 73.47%,and health information management majors account for only 4.08%.Conclusions The medical record coding team of medical institutions in the city had a good professional background,but there were some problems,such as weak professional title and educational structure.Medical institutions should pay attention to improving the academic level of coders,optimizing the professional title system,adopting differentiated training methods,strengthening the team structure and better competent for DRG reform.
