摘　　要：[目的]分析大肠癌复发转移的影响因素,以期为临床诊治提供参考。[方法]入选190例大肠癌复发转移患者(即研究组)、180例大肠癌未复发转移患者(对照组),用单因素分析2组患者的人口学及病情资料间的差异,并采用多因素Logistic分析对上述有差异的统计学资料进行进一步回归分析,最终探讨影响复发转移的影响因素。[结果]单因素分析显示,2组性别及年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但肿瘤大小及位置、淋巴结转移、Duker’s分期、分化程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将以上有统计学差异的因素纳入多因素Logistic分析得出,肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、Duker’s分期是导致大肠癌复发转移的危险因素。[结论]大肠癌复发转移的危险因素包括肿瘤位置、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、Duker’s分期,值得临床诊治注意。[Objective]To analyze the influencing factors of recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer, and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.[Methods]Total 190 patients with recurrent colorectal cancer metastasis(research group)and 180 cases of colorectal cancer recurrence metastasis patients(control group)were enrolled, single factor analysis of 2 groups of the differences between demographic and patient data were conduct, and the multi-factor Logistic analysis was used to evaluate the statistical data which had difference, finally the influence factors of recurrence, transfer were analyzed.[Results]Univariate analysis showed that gender and age had no difference in recurrence and metastasis of CRC(P<0.05),but there were differences in tumor size and location, lymph node metastasis, Duker’s stage and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The above factors with statistical differences were included in the multivariate Logistic analysis, and tumor location, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and Duker’s stage were the risk factors for recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer.[Conclusion]The risk factors for recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer include tumor location, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and Duker’s stage, which are worthy of clinical attention.
