摘 要:总图管理是对企业用地进行规划管理和对企业地上、地下总图资料进行动态管理,GIS技术是与空间位置有关的信息技术,如何创新性利用二、三维GIS技术开展总图管理,是企业在新时代高质量发展的要求。以首钢园区GIS建设为实例,通过分析总图管理的技术特点,结合首钢应用GIS技术开展总图管理的情况,对二、三维GIS过程中的关键流程进行了详细介绍,总结了一种基于二、三维GIS技术赋能企业开展总图管理的应用方法。通过二、三维GIS解决企业总图管理中的多源异构数据,具有较好的应用前景。The major of general layout management is mainly responsible for the dynamic management of land planning and professional drawing data of the enterprise.The specialty of general layout management plays an important role in enterprise construction.GIS technology is a geographic information technology related to spatial location.The development process of enterprises requires the innovative use of two-dimensional and three-dimensional GIS technology.Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of general drawing management faced by modern enterprises,taking the GIS construction of Shougang Park as an example,this paper summarizes an application method of enabling enterprises to carry out general drawing management based on two-dimensional and three-dimensional GIS technology.Combined with Shougang's application of GIS technology to carry out general drawing management,this paper expounds the key processes in the use of two-dimensional and three-dimensional GIS,and puts forward a method to solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data in enterprise general drawing management by means of two-dimensional and three-dimensional GIS,which has a good application prospect.
