摘  要:目的 探讨氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)/CT显像在老年女性卵巢癌中恶性肿瘤发生发展变化中的价值,为患者早期诊断、更加有效全面的治疗提供帮助。方法 按照患者年龄及卵巢病变形态分组,回顾性分析我院78例卵巢癌患者PET/CT显像肿瘤病灶代谢及全身组织脏器转移情况。结果 中年对照组单侧卵巢肿块样病变患者所占比例最多,但该组发生转移比例最低,老年组以单双侧卵巢斑片病变样病变患者占比最多,所有转移病灶中以盆腔淋巴结转移最多见。结论^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像可以更全面地反映卵巢癌发生发展过程,老年女性在发病时有更高比例的转移性病变,特别是卵巢呈斑片样病变的老年女性患者转移比例达到100%。Objective Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously affects a woman′s health and life.^(18)F-FDG PET/CT can better realize the development and change of malignant tumors. Early diagnosis for patients, and more effective and comprehensive treatment. Methods Patients were grouped according to age and morphology of ovarian lesions,retrospective analysis PET/CT imaging and systemic tissue and organ metastasis of 78 cases of patients with Ovarian cancer in our hospital. Results The control group of patients with unilateral ovarian mass lesion has the largest percentage in all cases,this group had the lowest percentage of metastases. The elderly group of patients with unilateral or bilateral ovarian plaques lesion proportion is the largest in elderly group, this group had the largest percentage of metastases in all cases. Pelvic lymph node metastasis was most common among all metastatic lesions. Conclusion^(18)F-FDG PET/CT can better realize the development and change of malignant tumors.Elderly women have higher rates of metastatic Ovarian cancer, especially the elderly group of patients with unilateral or bilateral ovarian plaques lesion, the transfer rate is 100%.
