摘　　要：肝硬化门静脉高压食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血(EGVB)是临床常见的危急重症,内镜下硬化治疗在食管胃静脉曲张(GOV)的治疗中起着重要作用,目前国内外尚无其规范化治疗的相关共识。2022年,中华医学会消化内镜学分会食管胃静脉曲张内镜诊断与治疗学组组织全国相关领域权威专家讨论,提出了肝硬化门静脉高压GOV内镜下硬化治疗专家共识,以期规范该技术在GOV中的应用。本共识共分为GOV分型、肝硬化GOV诊断等12个部分,共17条陈述。Gastroesophageal variceal bleeding induced by liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension is a critical emergency in daily clinics,endoscopic injection sclerotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of gastroesophageal varices.However,no specific consensus on endoscopic injection sclerotherapy has been published.In 2022,a multidisciplinary team all over the country under the leadership of Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment of Esophagogastric Varices Group of Chinese Society of Digestive Endoscopology conducted a comprehensive discussion and proposed the consensus,to serve as a tool for Chinese clinicians to standardize endoscopic injection sclerotherapy treatment for gastroesophageal varices.There are twelve parts in the consensus,with a total of 17 recommendations,including grade of gastroesophageal varices,diagnosis of gastroesophageal varices,etc.
