摘　　要：胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,越来越多的证据表明,影响胃癌生物学行为的除了肿瘤细胞本身外,肿瘤细胞所处的局部生物环境,即胃癌肿瘤微环境,对胃癌的发生发展、转移、预后等也起着重要作用。肿瘤中活化的成纤维细胞称为癌相关成纤维细胞,它是胃癌肿瘤微环境中重要的基质成分,在胃癌的致病机制中起着至关重要的作用,本文对胃癌肿瘤微环境中癌相关成纤维细胞的作用研究进展作一综述。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system.More and more evidence has shown that the local biological environment of the tumor cells,namely the tumor microenvironment of gastric cancer,plays an important role in the occurrence,development,metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer in addition to the tumor cells themselves.Activated fibroblasts in tumors are called cancer-associated fibroblasts,which are important stromal components in the tumor microenvironment of gastric cancer and play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.Therefore,we systematically reviewed the research progress of cancer-associated fibroblasts in the tumor microenvironment of gastric cancer.
