江西黄精资源、产品开发及资源综合利用分析

摘　　要：江西是黄精资源大省,但其资源可持续性、资源利用方式、相关产品研发与应用等均存在诸多问题,致使其产业链发展依旧缓慢,经济效益较低。该文针对上述问题进行剖析、总结,并初步提出相关解决方案,建议当前省内急需扩大种植资源以最大程度地减轻市场对其自然资源的依赖,并力争实现黄精市场以种植资源的来源为主,以使其资源可持续性发展;急需加强江西黄精品牌建设,急需多行业、多用途地对黄精的花、芽、叶、实、根茎等进行产品精深研发与加工,实现对其资源综合开发利用,最大程度地发挥其经济效益。Jiangxi province has a huge resource of Polygonati Rhizoma,but there have many problems in its resources sustainability,resources utilization,R & D and application of related products,which resulting in the still slow development of its industrial chain and low economic benefits. This paper has analyzed and summarized the above problems,and initially put forward the relevant solutions. Consequently,the article has proposed some suggestions that at present,it is urgent to expand the planting resource of P.Rhizoma to minimize the dependence on its natural resource,and strive to realize that its market is dominated by planting resources,so as to make the sustainable development of P. Rhizoma resource in Jiangxi. Also,there is an urgent need to strengthen the brand construction of P. Rhizoma of Jiangxi,and conduct intensive research,development and processing of its flowers,buds,leaves,seeds and roots in multiple industries and uses,so as to realize the comprehensive development and utilization of its resources and give full play to its economic benefits to the greatest extent.
