摘 要:针对鄂钢生产过程恒温恒拉合格率偏低和炉机节奏存在钢水、铸机流与流之间重量差异等问题,引入连铸坯在线定重动态模型计算,实时监控连铸工艺状态及铸坯质量。该模型配合铸机、轧机设备精度升级,稳定轧材负差率,并对于拉速比率大于90%的铸机,降低拉速频次进行精准定尺切割。结果表明,连铸坯在线称重重量控制在±4 kg以内合格率大于80%,4 m以内非尺材产量大大减少,轧钢定尺率提升至99.4%以上。Aiming at the problems of low pass rate of constant temperature and constant tension in the production process of ESteel and the existence of molten steel and the weight difference between the flow of the casting machine and the rhythm of the furnace,the dynamic model calculation of the continuous casting billet online is introduced to monitor the continuous casting process status and the quality of the casting billet in real time.This model cooperates with the precision upgrade of casting machine and rolling mill equipment,stabilizes the negative difference rate of rolled products,and reduces the tensile speed frequency for casting machines with a pulling speed ratio greater than 90%.The results show that the on-line weighing rate of continuous casting blank is controlled to be greater than 80%within±4 kg,the output of non-ruler materials within 4 m is greatly reduced,and the rolling scale rate is increased to more than 99.4%.
