相互易位和罗氏易位与男性精液指标之间的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨相互易位、罗氏易位与男性精液指标之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2020年12月该院生殖医学中心就诊的206例男性患者的临床资料,其中染色体核型正常的男性123例(对照组),相互易位组60例,罗氏易位组23例。对各组患者的年龄、禁欲时间、精液体积、pH、精液浓度、精子总数、总活力及向前运动精子活力进行比较。结果三组患者的精液体积之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的pH显著高于相互易位组和罗氏易位组,对照组和相互易位组的PR值显著高于罗氏易位(P<0.05);三组患者的精子浓度、精子总数和总活力值的高低顺序依次为对照组>相互易位组>罗氏易位组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论染色体相互易位和罗氏易位可影响男性的精子生成,造成男性生精障碍。Objective To investigate the relationship between reciprocal translocation,robertsonian translocation and semen index.Methods The clinical data of 206 male patients admitted to reproductive Medicine Center of the hospital from January 2014 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,including 123 males with normal karyotype(control group),60 cases of reciprocal translocation and 23 cases of robertsonian translocation.Age,duration of abstinence,semen volume,pH,semen concentration,total sperm count,total motility and forward motility of sperm in each group were compared.Results There were no significant differences in semen volume among three groups(P>0.05).The pH of control group was significantly higher than that of reciprocal translocation group and robertsonian translocation group,and the PR value of control group and mutual translocation group was significantly higher than that of robertsonian translocation group(P<0.05);the order of sperm concentration,total sperm count and total motility of the three groups was control group>reciprocal translocation group>robertsonian translocation group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chromosomal translocation and robertsonian translocation can affect spermatogenesis and spermatogenesis.
