摘 要:结合机器人控制管套塑件的结构特点,设计了一副两板模具用于塑件的成型。模具模腔布局1模4腔,单腔使用侧浇口浇注。针对塑件脱模复杂的特点,分4步对塑件实施脱模:第一步脱模所用到的复合型马达螺纹抽芯机构由1个马达同步驱动4个螺纹型芯转动,并辅助以模板的开模驱动,来实现内螺纹型芯的边转边移动的脱螺纹动作。第2~4步脱模所用到的顶出式哈弗滑块脱模机构利用注塑机顶杆来驱动位于动模一侧的哈弗滑块实施侧抽芯,避免了在定模一侧设置定模先抽芯机构而带来的模具结构复杂性。机构动作可靠,在降低模具加工难度的同时也使模具的结构得到优化。Combined with the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of the robot control sleeve,a two-plate mold is designed for the forming of the plastic parts.The mold cavity layout is 1mold and 4cavities,and the single cavity is gated with a side gate.In the mold,according to the complex demoulding characteristics of the plastic parts,the plastic parts are demolded in 4steps.The composite motor thread core-pulling mechanism used in the first step of demolding is driven by one motor,which synchronously drives 4thread cores to rotate,and is assisted by the mold-opening drive of the template to realize the release of the inner thread core while rotating and moving.The ejector-type Haval slider demolding mechanism used in the second,third,and fourth steps of demoulding uses the ejector rod of the injection molding machine to drive the Haval slider on the side of the movable mold to perform side core pulling,avoiding the need for to use fixed mold core-pulling mechanism,which brings about the complexity of the mold structure.The mechanism operates reliably,which not only reduces the difficulty of mold processing,but also simplifies and optimizes the mold structure.
