摘  要:目的探讨基于迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)的形成性评价体系在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月到2021年6月泰州市人民医院神经外科的78位非神经外科专业住培学员,在入科和出科时对学员各进行一次基于Mini-CEX量表的考核,通过对考核成绩、教师和学生对评估结果的满意度进行分析,评价基于Mini-CEX量表的神经外科形成性评价体系。结果规培学员基于Mini-CEX量表的神经外科形成性评价体系考核显示,学员末次成绩(44.55±7.76)分高于初次成绩(32.52±5.80)分。(P<0.05)。末次考核教师和学员的满意度均高于首次考核,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Mini-CEX的神经外科形成性评价体系应用于住院医师规范化培训效果良好,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of a formative evaluation system based on the Mini Clinical Examina⁃tion(Mini-CEX)in the standardized training of neurosurgery residents.Methods 78 non-neurosurgical trainees in the Department of Neurosurgery of Taizhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected to undergo an assessment based on the Mini-CEX scale at the time of admission and once at the time of dis⁃charge.Results The Mini-CEX formative evaluation system for neurosurgery showed a higher final score(44.55±7.76)than the initial score(32.52±5.80)for the trainees(P<0.05).Both the teacher and the trainee were more satisfied at the final assessment than at the initial assessment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Mini-CEX-based formative neurosurgery evaluation system applied to standardized resi⁃dency training is effective and worth promoting.
