摘 要:随着飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)的普及,由于透镜来源充足、生物相容性好以及可保存较长时间,针对SMILE来源的角膜基质透镜临床应用成为研究热点。大量动物实验和临床研究证实,SMILE来源的角膜基质透镜可用于治疗远视、老视、圆锥角膜、角膜溃疡和穿孔等疾病,其安全性和有效性得到较多研究结果的支持。本文就角膜基质透镜临床应用进行综述,并提出规范利用角膜基质透镜前应解决的问题,为未来深入研究提供参考。With the popularity of small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE),the clinical application of SMILE-derived lenticules has become a research hotspot due to the sufficient sources,good biocompatibility,and the ability of long-term storage.A large number of animal experiments and clinical studies have confirmed that SMILE-derived lenticules can be used for the treatment of hyperopia,presbyopia,keratoconus,and corneal ulcer and perforation.The safety and efficacy of this treatment are supported by many research studies.In order to provide reference for further research in this field,this review sheds light on the clinical application of lenticules and the issues that should be tackled before using them effectively and efficiently.
