摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘出联合囊袋张力环植入术对高度近视合并白内障患者角膜愈合及视力恢复的影响。方法择取2019年6月至2020年12月我院收治的92例高度近视合并白内障患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=46,超声乳化白内障摘出)与观察组(n=46,在对照组治疗方案基础上加施囊袋张力环植入术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的中央角膜厚度大于对照组,内皮细胞密度、六边形细胞百分比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的球差、总高阶像差、慧差及三叶草差均小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障摘出联合囊袋张力环植入术可促进高度近视合并白内障患者角膜愈合,改善视觉质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effects of ultrasonic phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with capsular tension ring implantation on corneal healing and vision recovery in patients with high myopia and cataract.Methods A total of 92 patients with high myopia and cataract admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=46,ultrasonic phacoemulsification cataract extraction)and observation group(n=46,capsular tension ring implantation on the basis of the treatment scheme of the control group)according to different treatment schemes.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the central corneal thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,while the endothelial cells density and the percentage of hexagonal cells were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the spherical aberration,total higher order aberration,coma and trefoil of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with capsular tension ring implantation can promote corneal healing,improve visual quality and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with high myopia and cataract.
