血清PSA检测联合TRUS前列腺穿刺活检在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)检测联合经直肠超声(TRUS)前列腺穿刺活检在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年3月至2020年3月本院收治的42例疑似前列腺癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期30例非前列腺癌患者作为对照组。检测两组的血清PSA水平,给予观察组患者TRUS穿刺活检。比较不同检查方法对前列腺癌的诊断效能。结果观察组的血清PSA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。根据血清PSA水平将观察组患者分为低危组(PSA<10 ng/mL)12例,中危组(PSA为10~20 ng/mL)14例,高危组(PSA>20 ng/mL)16例;血清PSA>20 ng/mL联合TRUS穿刺活检诊断前列腺癌的特异度、灵敏度、准确度最高,分别为100.00%、90.00%、93.75%。结论血清PSA联合TRUS前列腺穿刺活检对前列腺癌的诊断效能较高,且血清PSA水平越高,TRUS前列腺穿刺活检的诊断效能越高。Objective To explore the application value of serum prostate specific antigen(PSA)detection combined with transrectal ultrasonography(TRUS)prostate biopsy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods A total of 42 patients with suspected prostate cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were selected as observation group,another 30 non-prostate cancer patients in the same period were selected as control group.The serum PSA level of the two groups was detected,and TRUS biopsy was performed for patients of the observation group.The diagnostic efficiency of different method of examination for prostate cancer was compared.Results The serum PSA level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).According to the serum PSA level,the patients of the observation group were divided into low risk group(PSA<10 ng/mL)with 12 cases,medium risk group(PSA 10-20 ng/mL)with 14 cases and high risk group(PSA>20 ng/mL)with 16 cases;the specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of serum PSA>20 ng/mL combined with TRUS biopsy in the diagnasis of prostate cancer were the highest,which were 100.00%,90.00%and 93.75%,respectively.Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of serumPSA combined with TRUS prostate biopsy in the diagnosis of prostate cancer is high,and the higher the serumPSAlevel,the higher the diagnostic efficiency of TRUS prostate biopsy.
