摘  要:文章通过铸铁屑法系统评价了全合成体系中常用有机酸的防锈性能。结果表明:在同等加量同等浓度下,市售三元酸的防锈性能明显优于一元酸与二元酸。常用的二元酸中,十三个碳以上的二元酸抗硬水性能较差,不宜用在水质硬度较高的场合,十一烷二酸与十二烷二酸防锈性和抗硬水性均比较优异。一元酸中随着碳链长度的增加,防锈性增强,直链酸的防锈效果优于支链酸。In this paper,the anti-rust performance of organic acids commonly used in full synthetic systems was systematically evaluated through the cast iron chip test.The results show that,at the same dosage and concentration,the anti-rust performance of commercially available tribasic acids is obviously better than that of monobasic acids and dibasic acids.Among the commonly used dibasic acids,dibasic acids with more than thirteen carbons have poor resistance to hard water and are not suitable for scenarios with high water hardness,while both the undecanedioic acid and the dodecanedioic acid have excellent rust resistance and hard water resistance.As to monobasic acids,with the increase of the carbon chain length,the rust resistance is enhanced,and the rust prevention performance of the linear-chain acid is better than that of the branched-chain acid.
