摘 要:糠醛精制是润滑油基础油生产过程中的重要工序之一。日常生产中,糠醛精制装置偶尔出现湿醛乳化现象,不利于萃取过程正常进行与产品质量的控制,严重时甚至导致装置无法长周期连续运行。文中深入分析湿醛乳化的形成原因,确定汽提塔顶携带蜡多、干燥塔顶蒸发量大是两个主要诱发因素,采取置换乳化湿醛、控制干燥塔回流量、降低汽提塔真空度等应对措施,针对性解决了乳化问题,并提出进一步优化改进建议。研究成果对正序润滑油糠醛精制装置具有一定指导意义。Furfural refining is one of the key processes in lubricating base oil production.In daily production,wet furfural emulsification appears occasionally in the furfural refining unit,which is not conductive to the normal extraction process and product quality control,and even may cause the unit to be unable to operate continuously for a long period in severe case.In this paper,in-depth analysis of causes for wet furfural emulsification was made,and two major inducing factors,i.e.too much wax carried to the top of the stripping tower,large evaporation rate at the top of the drying tower,were identified.Countermeasures,such as substitution of the emulsified wet furfural,controlling the backflow rate of the drying tower,and reducing the vacuum degree of the stripping tower,were taken,and the emulsification problem was solved.Moreover,recommendations for further optimization and improvement were proposed.The research results have certain guiding significance for the furfural refining unit of positive sequence lubricants.
