摘　　要：目的:构建实用、科学的老年护理专科护士理论核心内容,为我国老年护理专科护士的理论培训和考核提供依据。方法:在文献回顾和访谈的基础上,采用德尔菲研究方法对15名老年护理专家进行2轮函询,根据专家意见与建议对培训课程的内容进行修改,最终建立了老年护理专科护士理论核心内容。结果:2轮函询内容的回收率为97%,专家权威系数为0.92,经2轮函询后各级条目协调系数分别为0.425、0.448、0.470。最终确定老年护理专科护士理论核心内容包括7个模块(包括老年医学概论、老年综合评估、老年综合征及常见疾病护理、老年康复护理、居家与终末期照护、教学与科研、基地实践)、17个项目、76个分项目;理论总学时为152学时,临床实践12周。结论:本研究构建的老年护理专科护士培训课程内容完善、结构科学合理,符合老年护理专科的发展反向,可靠性和权威性较高。Objective To construct practical and scientific core theoretical training content for geriatric nurses,and provide basis for the theoretical training and assessment of geriatric nurses in China.Methods On the basis of literature review and interview,Delphi research method was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation for 15 geriatric nursing experts.The content of the training course was adjusted according to expert opinions and suggestions,and finally established the core theoretical training content for geriatric nurses.Results The recovery rate was 97%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.92,and the coordination coefficient was 0.425,0.448 and 0.470 respectively after two rounds of consultation.Finally,core theoretical training content for geriatric nurses includes 7 modules,17 items and 76 sub-items.The total theoretical class time is 152 class hours,and the clinical practice lasts for 12 weeks.Conclusion The training course of geriatric nursing is comprehensive,scientific and reasonable,in line with the development of geriatric nursing,and with high reliability and authority.
