摘 要:针对共直流母线型开绕组永磁同步电机在绕组出现断相故障后控制策略以及零序电流抑制策略不再适用的问题,采用一种断相后坐标转换和零序电流抑制的改进控制策略,以保证系统运行的可靠性和控制精度。基于断相前后定子电流合成磁势不变的原理,对剩余两相建立坐标系并重构其与静止αβ坐标系间的变换矩阵,调整非故障相电流的幅值与相位,保证断相故障后电机运行的稳定性。为实现逆变器组间的协同作用,设计分配方案,对逆变器容量进行合理分配,并利用一种比例谐振控制方法对断相后系统零序电流进行抑制,削弱三次谐波零序电流在同步坐标系中电流产生的谐波,从而减小电磁转矩脉动,提高系统的控制性能。仿真结果表明,改进后的方法提高了断相故障状态下开绕组永磁同步电机控制系统的可靠性和控制精度。研究结果可为共母线型开绕组电机系统在断相工况下的控制提供理论依据。An improved control strategy of coordinate transformation and zero-sequence current suppression after open-phase fault is adopted to solve the problem that the control strategy and the zero-sequence current(ZSC)suppression strategy open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor(OW-PMSM)with common DC bus are no longer applicable for each other after the open-phase fault and to ensure the reliability and control accuracy of the system.Based on the principle that the combined magnetic potential of the stator current does not change after the open-phase fault,a coordinate system for the remaining two healthy phases and the transformation matrix between them is established and the staticαβcoordinate system is reconstructed,meanwhile the amplitude and phase of the healthyphase current are adjusted to ensure the stability of the motor system after openphase fault.In order to realize the synergy between the inverters,a distribution scheme is designed to distribute the inverter capacity reasonably,and a proportional resonance control method is used to suppress the zero-sequence current of the system after the open-phase fault and to weaken the harmonics generated by the current in the synchronous coordinate system,accordingly reduce the electromagnetic torque ripple and improve the control performance of the system.The simulation results show that the method improves the reliability and control accuracy of the open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor control system under the open-phase fault state.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the control of the open-winding motor system with common DC bus under open-phase conditions.
