高职通信技术专业“产教赛证”融合人才培养模式设计与实践

摘　　要：“产教赛证”融合人才培养模式实现了高素质技术技能型人才的优化配置,有利于提升学生的就业竞争力。文章以柳州职业技术学院为例,通过剖析“产教赛证”融合人才培养模式的意义和设计思路,构建通信技术专业人才培养方案和课程体系。经过三年的实践,并通过第三方市场调查对比分析,毕业生就业率、就业质量和用人单位对毕业生的认可度等指标均显著提升,从而为其他同类型高职院校相关专业人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。The talent training mode of"integration of industry,education,competition and certificate"realizes the optimal allocation of high-quality technical and skilled talents,which is conducive to improving the employment competitiveness of students.Taking Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,by analyzing the significance and design ideas of the talent training mode of"integration of industry,education,competition and certificate",this paper constructs the talent training scheme and curriculum system of communication technology specialty.After three years of practice and comparative analysis of the third-party market survey,the employment rate,employment quality and recognition of graduates by employers have been significantly improved,so as to provide reference for the reform of talent training mode of related majors in other similar higher vocational colleges.
