摘　　要：新时代赋予了高校廉洁文化建设“三位一体”联动策略新的含义。从国际、国内和当前形势三个维度来看,加强高校廉洁文化建设“三位一体”联动策略构建非常必要。为此,高校廉洁文化建设“三位一体”联动策略构建必须通盘考虑,从领导干部廉洁从政文化建设、教师廉洁从教文化建设、学生廉洁修身文化建设综合施策,同时发力,精准用力,相互促进,相互影响,形成最大合力,从而确保高校廉洁文化建设的一体推进和最大实效。The new era gives a new meaning to the"three-in-one"linkage strategy of university integrity culture construction.From the three dimensions of international,domestic and current situation,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the"three-in-one"linkage strategy of the construction of honest culture in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper puts forward the construction of the"three-in-one"linkage strategy for the honest culture construction from the construction of clean political culture of leading cadres,the construction of clean teaching culture of teachers,and the construction of clean and self-cultivation culture of students.At the same time,the schools should make efforts,make precise efforts,promote each other,influence each other,and form the greatest synergy,so as to ensure the integrated promotion and maximum effectiveness of the construction of clean culture in colleges and universities.
