杏鲍菇的小鼠急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究杏鲍菇的急性毒性,为杏鲍菇的合理使用和深入开发提供剂量参考依据。方法:空白对照组和杏鲍菇供试混合液组小鼠,在24 h内,分别按40 mL·kg^(-1)一次性给予生理盐水或杏鲍菇供试混合液(最大剂量为61.116 0 g·kg^(-1)),观察其在14 d内所产生的毒性反应(死亡、中毒症状)等。结果:观察期内,未出现动物死亡、中毒症状等,体重和饲料消耗量无明显变化;血常规指标中平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度明显增加(P <0.05),血液生化指标中白球比明显上升(P <0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性十分明显地降低(P <0.01),但仍在正常范围内,毒理学价值有限,其余各项指标无显著性差异。结论:小鼠经口一次性给予杏鲍菇的最大剂量为61.116 0 g·kg^(-1),即为临床日食用量的73倍、临床日药用剂量的407倍,安全性良好,但仍需监测血常规和血液生化学指标。Objective:To study the acute toxicity of Pleurotus eryngii(DC.)Gillet,so as to provide dose reference basis for the rational use and further development of Pleurotus eryngii(DC.)Gillet.Method:The mice in blank control group and test mixture group of Pleurotus eryngii(DC.)Gillet were given physiological saline or test mixture of Pleurotus eryngii(DC.)Gillet(the maximum dose was 61.1160 g·kg^(-1))in a single dose of 40 mL·kg^(-1) within 24 hours,respectively,to observe the toxic reactions(death,poisoning symptoms)generated within 14 days.Result:During the observation period,there was no animal death or poisoning,and there was no significant change in body weight and feed consumption;The average red blood cell hemoglobin concentration in the blood routine indicators increased significantly(P<0.05),the white cell ratio in the blood biochemical indicators increased significantly(P<0.05),and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase decreased significantly(P<0.01),but still within the normal range,with limited toxicological value,and there was no significant difference in other indicators.Conclusion:The maximum oral dose of Pleurotus eryngii(DC.)Gillet to mice is 61.1160 g·kg^(-1),which is 73 times of the clinical daily eclipse dose and 407 times of the clinical daily medicinal dose.The safety is good,but we still need to pay attention to the monitoring of blood routine and blood biochemical indexes.
