摘　　要：恶性肿瘤最常见的转移方式之一是淋巴结转移,通常情况下,淋巴结转移的过程是最接近肿瘤的一组淋巴结会被侵及,然后是远处的淋巴结。但有些患者会在通路中缩短绕过淋巴结的路径,直接转移到距离肿瘤较远处的淋巴结,即淋巴结跳跃性转移。随着淋巴结跳跃性转移与恶性肿瘤关系的研究持续深入,发现淋巴结跳跃性转移与很多恶性肿瘤的预后不良存在密切的关系,同时恶性肿瘤淋巴结跳跃性转移的发生发展也受到了多种危险因素的影响。本文主要就淋巴结跳跃性转移在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展做综述。One of the most common forms of metastasis in malignant tumors is lymph node metastasis,typically,the process of lymph node metastasis occurs is that the group of lymph nodes closest to the tumor are invaded,followed by distant lymph nodes.However,some patients will shorten the path that bypasses lymph nodes in the pathway and move directly to distant lymph nodes from the tumor,namely lymph node skip metastasis.With the continuous further research on the relationship between lymph node skip metastasis and malignant tumor,it is found that lymph node skip metastasis is closely related to the poor prognosis of many malignant tumors,at the same time,the occurrence and development of lymph node skip metastasis of malignant tumors is influenced by many risk factors.This article main reviews the research progress of lymph node skipping metastasis in malignant tumors.
